Today I'm showing you an easy fried rice recipe. We've all experienced having that leftover rice, especially after inviting some friends over and being left with a bunch of leftover food. I normally would simply fry the rice the following day - usually with eggs and always with garlic, of course. You can even skip the egg part. An easy, simple garlic fried rice would also suffice.
It's important to fry the rice until it's really dry. That way we don't end up with soggy, rather wet fried rice. This one took me about 8 minutes on high heat. Serve with some veggies - tomatoes, cucumber, or whatever you like. Enjoy, Benjar

INGREDIENTS
► Some leftover rice
► 4 Eggs
► 4 cloves of garlic
► 1 Tbsp. of soy sauce about
► Salt and pepper to taste
