As a law enforcement enthusiast/geek, for American police agencies, there's departments that use red & blue, just red, or just blue. For example: Chicago PD uses blue, NYPD, or any agency in New York, has a law that they can't use blue lights in the front, so agencies like NYPD use red/white lights in the front, red/blues lights in the back

In japan they only have red, in Europe they only have blue. And some Philippine police departments use green and yellow

Orange - Utility vehicles/Caution/Security
