Despite the many fractures in the world today, there are opportunities for connections. How can we seize these opportunities, and how could these connections shape Japan? What will the country look like in 2030, ten years after the Tokyo Olympics? How will the Japanese be connected with others around the world? A day’s worth of fruitful discussion was brought to a close in this final plenary session with a panel of both global and domestic perspectives.
