A 1929 classic for Jack Hylton's Orchestra! Excuse the blasting, the record was slightly worn in places.

For me, Jack Hylton has always been spot on! I've heard many versions of Tip-Toe...this is great! Great sound!

Many thanks to Jack Hylton for this master piece.

It's the same with "Me and Jane In A Plane", the opening bars are reserved for the brass section and again it overloads. I guess with such a large band it's hard to capture it fully!

. . . . and Painting The Clouds With Sunshine on the other side . . as a child in the 50s I played this to death on a console, wind-up, HMV/Victrola with a great coffered lid (all way out of date even then). The opening few seconds of Tip-Toe fair blasted out between the volume-control/doors. The recording engineer certainly chose a level of modulation at the limits of the technology (and, perhaps, a bit beyond).

Thanks for the upload. I really enjoy Jack Hylton's rendition of this bouncy tune.
