He was a tall ass dude who played a small ukulele with a vocal range that was insane. He wasn't a horror icon. But a man who wanted to spread love.

To clarify tip toe through the tulips was written in 1928 released in 1929 and then covered by Tiny Tim in 1968

When my great grandpa worked at Disney land, Tiny Tim was visiting and my grandpa was on a lunch break. When asked if he cared if Tim sat with him he said that was fine, and apparently they got along well. My grandpa had mentioned how kind he was, and how he had a great spirit. R.i.p Tiny tim

Tiny Tim was socially awkward but that was his thing, that’s what made him unique

The only song that he intended to be scary was "having a wonderful time" which he intended to be about a clown who killed a kid on a playground

This is a rendition of song that was created back in the 1920’s, I always thought of this version as being lighthearted and happy, and goofy as Tiny Tim intended it to be. We all know his rendition of loving in the moonlight that was used for SpongeBob. These renditions can be used in very creepy ways, but I will always remember Tiny Tim as being happy and fun loving when he sang it . RIP Tiny Tim

Just a correction- he died later that night after being taken to hospital. He cut this song short and left the stage only to collapse as his wife tried to lead him to sit down. His previous heart attack had been caught on camera and people often mix details from both events together.

Bro had such an impressive vocal range being able to sing so high pitched like that. What a legend. RIP

Tiptoe through the tulips with me was actually made in 1929 and written by al dubin but performed and made popular by Joe Burke….. yet another example kids of do not believe everything the internet tells you 👍❤️ oh and just for the record tiny Tim’s second heart attack was when he collapsed on his way back to his table NOT on stage …. He was rushed to hospital and that’s where he died r.i.p tiny Tim

At least he died doing what he loved to do. He intended to go out that way, and he lived up to his intentions. Mad respect for this often misunderstood, musical genius.

Most people don't even realize they heard his music in their childhood. One of his songs is peppered throughout Spongebob. Dude's dedication to his music despite docs orders gives off huge "fuck it" energy and solidifies him as a mad lad

I am so glad Spongebob led me to this man. That one song makes me and my co-workers smile everyday whenever we start our playlist while working.

Love his voice and spirit.
