സുപ്രീം കോടതിയുടെ 31.3.22 ലെ ഓർഡർ അടിസ്ഥാനം ആക്കിയാണ് MCC നോട്ടീസ് ഇട്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്... എന്നാൽ ഈ കോടതി ഉത്തരവിൽ all India counseling നേ കുറിച്ച് മാത്രമേ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളൂ... ഇതിനെ തെറ്റായി interpret ചെയ്തു മറ്റൊരു വിധി ഉണ്ടാക്കി... അങ്ങനെ ആണ് അവസാനം ഇതിലേയ്ക്ക് എത്തിയത്... എന്തു തന്നെ ആയാലും കടുത്ത നീതി നിഷേധം തന്നെയാണ്...

Second allotment il BDS കിട്ടിയവരെ MBBS kittan mop up roundil പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതായിരുന്നു. ഈ കോടതി വിധി തീർത്തും അനീതിയാണ്.

It was my third repeat for MBBS, BDS admission goyt in govt college. I had high chance of getting MBBS in third allotment. Now even ready for self finance MBBS.

ഇത് അനീതി അല്ലേ. ഇതുവരെ ഒരു സീറ്റും കിട്ടാത്ത candidates rank lists എത്രയോ പുറകിലാണ്...അതുകൊണ്ട് ആണല്ലോ അവര്‍ക്ക് ഒരു സീറ്റും കിട്ടാത്തത്...അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ അവര്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കാതെ മാറി നിന്നത്...ഇനി ഇപ്പോള്‍ rank പുറകില്‍ നിന്ന കുട്ടികള്‍ govt.seat ല്‍ പഠിക്കാന്‍ പോകുന്നു....ഇത് തികച്ചും അനീതി ആണ്...
