Most of the gameplay will be taking place in deserts, forests, mountains, tundras, volcanos, etc. All the bases re made of metal yes. But that is it.

As I posted, dust514 was announced b4 planet side 2. The reason for post was because a post said ps2 was announced b4 dust514, nothing was said about ps1. So I wasn't referring to the franchise but the individual game.

This isnt just a shooter-game, it's not another "Oh let's play for 20 minutes, see who wins, then reset the match like nothing happend", this is in a persistant world where all the fighting makes a difference and you take new territory, defend your own etc.

Actually planet side 2 was announced July 2011.
Dust514 first announced in August 2009 then again at E3 2011

SOE has made several MMOs for PC prior to this. Everquest was made by SOE, they are not exclusive to playstation

It's FREE TO PLAY. It hasn't been done before. 2000 players and matchs that NEVER end? And Continue when you are gone? Yeah, thats been done so many other times.

Don't "lad" me. If you know what makes this FPS-game stand out from any ordinary “Play 20 minutes, reset the match and do it again without bigger reason”- kinda FPS games (If you even know?) then it doesn’t take a very high IQ to see that this game is revolutionary.

What I said is: Don’t judge a game until you know what makes it fun- if even after then you don’t think it’ll be fun- then try it out and see what the game is about. I already know what the game is about; FPS taken to a new level.

LOL First off the game is in Alpha.

2: The graphics are awesome and the game is just in alpha so they will be even better when the game comes out.

3: This game gives you a huge map's that can hold thousand's of people and endless battles.
