SCP-3655

I like the idea of scrambling my voice, as I would imagine the Foundation might do for briefing videos. Not sure if I will keep it, but I kind of like the concept of it in general. Let me know in the comments below what you think! :)

I use Audacity and DaVinci Resolve for my editing (which will get better, I'm hearing tons of stuff I could have trimmed off!)
