UNITRONIC DYNO TUNED MY TTE777!!!

Unitronic FTW!!! I am extremely thankful to John Staffi from Unitronic for spending the time to make a BETA tune for my TTE777. My car makes more power safely and smoothly which is what I'm always looking for in my Audi RS3. I want to go as fast as possible, but I also don't want to push my setup so far that things blow up. A HUGE thanks to Shawn from Racing Greed for being the dyno operator throughout all of my dyno sessions. I really appreciate all his help and insight.

A few viewers have pointed out that with no exhaust I may not be making any more peak power, but my midrange power and spool was improved when I removed the exhaust. Thank you VERY much to those viewers for pointing that out! I missed that when making this video!

Love your videos man! I always thought to myself if I had done this upgrade to my '06 Jetta with 2.5 5cyl?? It stock, beat BMW's all over the place, especially 3rd-5th gear. VW auto trans was way ahead of it's time then too! You can get one for $3K! Best year Jetta '06. Of course not RS3! Love the badge!

I believe you missed the fact that without the muffler you got a substantial gain in hp and tq in mid range (4k to 5k). Close to 30+whp @4565rpm and around 35+wtq @4600 rpm. It is not all about the peak number.😉

Just one word.... WOW! Hey Adam, with all that power, are you still running on the stock DSG trans, besides the Untronic TCU Stage 2 tune of course. I watched all of your videos in the last few days (i'm a new fan and had a bit of catching up to do LOL ) and if i'm not mistaking you don't seem to have made any mechanical changes on the DSG. Thanks

I think you ARE making more power with the exhaust off. It's not more peak hp, sure, but power under the curve seems significantly better almost across the board, except between 5600 and 6100 rpm.

Quick question what size t bolt clamps go on Iroz downpipe? 3.5 and 3 inch? I have my TTE700 coming next week and like having extra clamps on standby Incase they ever strip threads. Thanks

Nice video as always man. I have been following all your videos for the past 3 months as I was searching for an RS for myself. You are exceptionally nice, thorough, and provide specific insights for others to learn from. Now that I have bought my own Audi TT RS 2 days ago I am ready to start building it out myself and following some of the tips and best practices you have shared.

Are there any cat back exhausts you would like to get or are planning on getting? Even if it only is for weight savings and better sound. I am currently considering the Melen titanium catback exhaust myself for my new TT RS. Thanks for the video and for reading my comment. Keep up the great work!

Can the unitronic be tuned?. I'm from the Honda world, we have AEM as a standalone. We don't really use OTC tunes. I know you guys have syvics but very expensive. Your basically getting tunes right now but it will be uploaded for everyone with the same setup
