If you want farm and forest land at the TOP of the watershed then contact me. I own 800 acres in the mountains of Vermont, USA just outside the capital Montpliere. I am a 60 year old farmer. I do forestry and raise livestock and have my own USDA butcher shop just to serve my farm. I am actively looking for financing to pay off my farm debt and have already sold some of the land downhill. I used to have 1, 000 acres. Shame to see it broken up it to little lots - I have worked all my life to keep this land.

I just sold the Family farmland at $17.4k per acre ... thanks Bill. maybe Deflation is coming.. if so the time to start buying is coming. p.s. most of this presentation covers popular talking points that are mostly nonsense. Property rights are key / pivotal. As far as the rest of it goes: smart people will never build up a farm where conditions are not favorable .. Investors maybe stew-pid, but farmers are not.
