Estes Bullpup 12-D Rocket Launch CATO

This is the second launch of this rocket. It appears the engine propellant slug shot out of the top of the engine and kept going, while ejecting the engine case out of the bottom. Other than some torn parachute shrouds, NO DAMAGE! This was caused by an old motor that was improperly stored. Exposure to heat damaged the solid rocket motor propellent.
