PHYS 201 | Huygens Principle 2 - How Light Propagates

Huygens had a simple geometrical way of thinking of the propagation of light. Cut him some slack - it was the 1680's! Actually, his ideas are quite close to what really happens, but I'm getting ahead of myself.

he spent half the time determining the correct pronunciation of the concept developer, haha.

This helped me visualize wave propagation so nicely!

Looking Yours topic for implying it in Fraunhofer diffaction THAT on EVERY POINT WAVEFRONT which has come from a source can be regarded as a secondary source and then combine and interfere to form a new wavepoint. We can imply it to climate passive energy like suns or water or wind and give input phase of researching for building passive on shore or offshore structures.

Light propagates using eight rings. Three slip as a twist hallow. And five pulled in to form a Photon. The group propagation of light is always slower because of pulling the group of five to the next level. Somewhat like a train coach with one engine in the front one at the back and five wagons inbetween. The front two slides or slip and lock space to pull in five from empty space and pull the Photon. The three in the front can reach maximum stretch up to speed of light but the photons are only half that speed. Why slip because one twelfth string loops move to occupy the lower quantum state.
