No sé exactamente por qué no había dado hasta ahora con una explicación para debugear un proyecto typescript suficientemente clara, así que me ha sido de utilidad.

Debido al mensaje que me saltaba al intentar debugear ("attribute 'runtime version' requires node.js version manager 'nvs' or 'nvm' to be installed"), he tenido que desinstalar nodejs e instalar nvm pero tras eso no tuve más problemas.

No me funcionó ninguno de los dos casos. Uso el nodemon con el ts-node sin problemas
