Yoga pose for flexible legs and open the hips. Listen carefully to Marlene's instructions. If it hurt your knees, take a step back and sit cross legged.

Thank you for this video. I have lost a lot of flexibility in the last few years and double pigeon is very uncomfortable, my knee is still very high, and until this video I was not able to find another stretch similar or a way to ease into it, but the pose with lying on the floor on the back is exactly what I needed! Thanks so much!

I've sat like this for as long as I can remember since I was a kid. I don't even feel a stretch when I get into this pose or when I lean forward. I wonder if that means the ligaments in my knees and hips are just naturally loose?

It looks very easy when you explain it but I can't lower my knee without pain (altough I have been practicing yoga daily for many years now)... Do you have any tips? Or might it be anatomy that simply prevents me from doing this pose?? Thank you!

Excellent teaching, Marlene, as always. Another great video, Marlene. I have noticed in a couple of your videos you say " maybe you are familiar with my (finasakrama?))) "of whatever the pose is. I have been unable to find what that means. It would be great if you gave one of your wonderful explanations. Sorry I am not experienced enough to know.
