I thought it was a good idea to evaluate some online orchid webshops myself. When placing an order, I will at least be ordering 3 to 5 plants with the same order code, sometimes along with other orchids or products. This will give a better idea of what is being offered. I will follow-up shipping, communication, packing and the overall state of the plants upon arrival, how problems are solved that arise before or as a result of shipping or getting bad plants.
Please note that all orders are paid for by me, no favors. Shop owners are notified of my intensions after shipping and asked permission to use screencaps, info and pictures from their webshop.

This is the third in this series and this turned out to be a not so joyful experience.

Keith only said today, if you order on-line and something comes damaged or not suitable for purpose, then you contact their complaints service and a reply will be forthcoming. However, with orchids this process can be very frustrating, as with your order. I am sure with your care and attention, you will grow them on.
