I highly recommend to you all if you don't have work experience then first get work experience do some real time projects and then apply for jobs to get Jobs and you can easily survive in the job as well. Interviewer played a smart tactic to bring out whether candidate has genuine or fake experience. This kind of tactics played by interviewers since a decade ago, this is not a new one

I don't know, why the industry is not encouraging freshers on SAP????!....

I have 4 years of Non-IT experience. But, few months back I have taken the course of SAP security, GRC. I don't have Any problem to restart my career even after having much exp. In Non-IT. But trust me it's been 8 months I haven't found a single opportunity with my profile on naukri.... as a sap security for freshers profile.


Note:- If industry is providing enough opportunities without any limits, people are still ready to join as fresher. No body wants to go with fake experience unless they are completely dumb & coming to IT and thinking that surviving is easy....

Bro interviewer vademaina mana bandhuva leka friend aa manaki offer ichedaniki, vadu oka stone vesadu tagilindi dantlo manam padipoyam that’s it. There are lot of companies in India no need to fear go ahead u will get Offer. Where there is a hard work. Everyone will get the offer as well.

Hello Techzone...The candidate should be strong enough to project his/her skills to the interviewer and max.of 60% we expect from the candidate. I am a senior Lead Engineer in an MNC company, and interviewed many candidates, in which i found almost all the profiles are fake and there is a large gap between the candidate profile and performance
I suggest everyone those who are interested with IT field to please improve your skillset and you can easily grab the opportunity. Almost 45 candidates interview i had taken of, wherein i have rejected almost 35 candidates.
I strongly suggest you, improve your skillset and please don't encourage proxy interview (lipsink) as if you think you are smart, we the industry pupil are more smarter.
