This isn't to complain pvp is in the game, just that some people on console want to opt out and do quests or pve. People would rather get gear and levels to have a proper pvp battle though

I know its irritating sometimes, but this is a rare occurance. Most dont feel like farming the karma back. Less than 1% of your play time would be people atttacking you outside of a grind zone like this, and less than 10% in a grind zone in 90% of the grind zones.

Learn to deal with it, or go play something else. Even if most of the content is single player activity, this is a multiplayer game and this other player reminder you that in a not so friendly manner.

Forced pvp is great. BDO isn't. That's the issue here. The problem isn't the forced pvp, it's the fact that BDO has trash pvp. Who wants to ride a horse across a safe continent in a video game? It's boring. It's not even fun in real life unless you really love horses. Running people over is stupid because for a feature that seems realistic the game provides 0 counterplay and way too much maneuverability for the rider.
