My two cents: We're watching this battle as one video in itself in isolation from the whole event. The judges meanwhile watched Issei battle from Top 16 up to the Finals. So maybe the judges felt that Issei was repeating his moves too much. Was he actually repeating? Probably not, but he does keep doing similiar variations of spins/flares/halos, which could be confused for repeats when watching live and not on a youtube video. Was Kuzya repeating? Probably yes, but repeat powermoves are easier to spot than footwork patterns. Does that mean that Kuzya is better than Issei? Heck no. If Kuzya v Issei was the first Top 16 battle, Issei might have taken it. But in context of the whole competition, judges might have felt Kuzya was keeping it fresh. Kuzya just won this battle, he didn't "win" over Issei. Does that mean "style" beats power all the time? Heck no. If that's what the judges thought, Issei wouldn't even have made it to the Finals. I don't know if Kuzya was biting, cause I haven't been in the scene long enough to recognise, but if he were, then I agree, that definitely should have been held against him. (sorry for the long post)

Hate how people think Issei is only a powermover lol
That guy's got solid toprock, footwork and freezes as well, he's perhaps a better All-Rounder than Hong10.

Issei didn't really got smoked on this battle...it's like the battle Gravity vs Issei where Issei also lost three rounds, but in my opinion, Issei is a better breaker

KUZYA's attitude is bad..
and I don't like the music

..somehow they want Issei to lose badly no matter what

This finals was kinda Anticlimactic for me, Kuzya had the crowd and the judges in his favor. In my opinion the music wasn't shitty, the last beat was kinda of a slower tempo but still danceable. Congrats to Kuzya for the win tho.

Dead silent on Issei while the crowd cheers for Kuzya before he even begins. Then the judges completely panned Issei.

Issei probably knew he's going to lose to home court advAntage

It's really strange judge decision, but this message for all Rusians and Ukraines don't interfere politic for explanate judge decision, it's not about politics, it's about judge who prefere universal b-boys like Kuzya, he' s a good b-boy, but it's only my opinion, i think this battle winner is Issei, he had a lot of great new and interesting stuff in his moves, and it's really confused that's Issei always took second place, just like a curse on him. However, it's a great battle, that make a history moment in b-boy culture. BREAK dance decision, lol. Peace, love, unity and having fun my brothers.

I propose a boycott of Unbreakable. This is inexcusable judging. The judges were either racists or bribed to make such consistently horrible decisions (not just this battle, but throughout the jam); we simply cannot support this.

Actually it's very obvious that Kuzya won the battle this time. Sorry, but please study the dance a little more and you might be happier understanding why things are the way they are. Issei is a talented young man and will have his day in the future, however, Kuzya deserved the win and played chess very well. A sign of experience and deep understanding of the dance and the art of battle. Frost - GROUND iLLUSIONZ | 20th CENTURY BBOYS

This video has made me a fan of Issei, he knew it was bullshit but he kept his cool. Props to him and fuck those judges, even Kuzya knew he didn't deserve after that final round.

If you sweep Issei in a battle 3-0, you know its rigged especially if its 3 rounds. Lol, props to both BBOYS; you guys will meet again.

Kuzya repeated the same footwork combos from the first battle and has no signature combos. Bad judging
