I think that as automatic blood test machines have taken the terror out of that procedure, so automatic injections need not be expensive or difficult, and would be really hugely helpful in building engagement with the process!

(disclaimer: lockdown's too hard for me to keep up) In UK there's a strong correlation between lockdown level, once even encouragement to travel long distance, and the level of Covid. This seems to have the largest effect.
