Understanding Xi Jinping's Grand Reform Strategy

In the recent Third Plenum of the 18th CCP Party Congress, Xi proposed a 60 point comprehensive reform plan. It is subject to the competing interpretations within China and abroad. During the talk, Prof. Cui will propose an interpretation based on the latest developments in the areas of State-Owned Enterprises, Land Trust in rural development, and the party-state relationship; this may be called the perspective of the Chinese New Left.
