Wow! Loved this one Max! Although we would need 4 bedrooms but that space downstairs off the garage could probably be made into a possible 4th bedroom. Love the area a lot!

At first I was excited when I saw the side ramp. But then my excitement went away when I saw all of those steps. I thought at least the first floor would be great selling point for people with mobility issues. But that was quickly squashed with all those steps a disabled person would have to maneuver everyday.

Ok! I am more awake this time as I view this townhouse. Is that a sauna or hear lamp in that shower in the MLS bedroom? I find this a interesting layout with all the stairs. No balconies on theses $400.000.00 homes. Whew at that price, it better show up some whete if whete it was spent to make that townhome. Or is just the area?

Very nice townhome but if i was to buy this place i would ask them to keep the garage as is i would park on road to be honest yhat would totally he a bonus livingroom and also the two rooms thatbate downstairs i would turn those into bedrooms even thi that on is small that could fit a twin bed a dresser perfect space and the office space downstairs as well inwould turn into a room as well so feom a 3 bedroom one livingroom to a teo livingroom 5 bedroom home awsomness

The townhouse era is over for me. Don’t want to share walls. The rooms here are small. Especially that master, which should be big enough to have a seating area and that bathroom was not luxe enough. Also, if a home is true quality they “don’t” have those cheap looking wire shelving in the closets. A little detail some folks look for.
