Build the Titanic stage 139 from Hachette

Hi all, welcome to the penultimate stage of the Titanic build.
In today's video, we shape and attach more railings, assemble the compass platform, and add a ring to the forward mast.

Hi John, thank you as always! And fabulous videos as always!
See what i did there John a double positive comment for you, because you well deserve it John. Yes we all add a little bit of our personality to the 'grand ole lady' so i wouldn't be too bothered about adding a bit of paint here or there and making it our very own Titanic.😊
But i do have one beef 😮 and it is with Hachette and their lack and undue care for us folks who have paid out a fortune for this beautiful ship.
You explained very well about having to second guess where the railings sit, whether inside or outside. I'm sorry John little bit of rant, but Hachette should make this all clear in instructions, they really haven't improved since Bismarck, apart from the templates! Someone up there at HQ should be fine tuning these magazines before publishing, as they do with all literature, its a fault they have not and still not corrected, and it ends up with us on the bad end of the deal!

She looks fantastic John, but cannot understand why the designers of the model give you all the fiddly little bits at the very end of the build. This is where you could possibly break other bits, so why weren’t they put on earlier. Strange and probably an afterthought to drag the magazines out further 😂👌👌👏👏👏

I've added two bit of plastic to the first class entrance which shoud be there but not supplied as well as the support for the forward cranes which should be there too

Hello, the Ship looks great so far. How did you paint the lower half of the cranes and the well deck wall? They weren't delivered like this. I am not that experienced in model making.

Hi John! Amazing! Are you going to paint the top edge of the railings brown, as it was originally?

She looks stunning John. Sorry if I sound very perfectionist but the cranes on A deck shouldn't have the yellow stripe on the bottom. The yellow stripe was only on the well deck cranes.

Veramente bravo e paziente, è un lavoro pazzesco. Non e chiaro però se la colla delle ringhiere viene messa lungo tutta la ringhiera o solo in alcuni punti della stessa.

Is this ship supposed to be withouth the strings or we assamble them in the final issue ?
