Great video. Been looking into this radio fir years but was afraid I would lose to many factory options.
But now I’m having no access to touch screen and considering getting it. I have a 2013 ford Explorer limited and wondering if this will work with it! Please advise and thanks in advanced.

Great video. I installed the exact same unit on my 2012 Ford Explorer Limited. The trigger for me was that the touch sensitive hazard light switch stopped working and the agency wanted to replace the entire Sony panel charging twice of what I paid for this gigantic Android screen.

I lost 2 key features and am wondering if anyone has a solution/workaround for this. 1) The physical rear AC control buttons behind the center armrest stays in locked position but I am able to control rear AC from the Android screen. 2) The auto parking feature does not work anymore.

Hi I got one unit like this 8gb my explorer 2018 limited sync 3 in the settings I got use explorer Lo or explorer Hi? And use S3 or S3 4.3 auto? For your help thanks

Is the screen polarized? I bought one off of amazon and the screen is polarized so I cannot see it with sunglasses.
The unit I got is not as high def and is not android 13 (it say 11 (but some reviewers state it is actually android 10 modified to look like 11))

Any issues with the automatic climate control with remote start? I’ve had issues with others where it would just turn on the heater regardless if it’s 110 degrees outside

I have a 2017 Ford Explorer would you be able to tell me what sync system is in there without me having to pull the stereo it has the 4.3 inch screen and dual climate controls as far as front and rear
