Tim Hogan, former Hillary Clinton campaign spokesman, believes the latest fundraising numbers - which favor Kamala Harris both in July and overall - aren't just a new candidate rush.

Though, Republican strategist Whitney Yates contends that the fundraising amounts are less relevant given Clinton's edge over Trump in the same category during the 2016 election.
