This Nest JS reminds me with Angular. It have good structure and design pattern, and also using TypeScript. Good for small to large scale project.

NestJS and AdonisJS are the two node frameworks I've been following for when I eventually have to start a backend project. AdonisJS might be Worth looking in to since they just released v5. Adonis is more of a MVC framework, but can also be used for API servers. I guess it's more Laravel inspired.
