UPDATE: Attempt Coup in Venezuela Foiled by Military

An attempted coup in Venezuela was suppressed over 24 hours ago. The attack took place at a military base near the city of Valencia by soldiers and armed civilians on Sunday. Two fo the coup plotters have been killed and eight have been arrested, 3 military.
