After-Sales Service:

1.We provide 500$ free parts every year, and free replacement for damaged parts within the warranty period.
2.If the machine damage during transport, we promise to send the replaceable parts to customers for free.
3.We promise to refund all the equipment payment and provide 10% of the equipment payment as compensation (lf you come to our factory to inspect the machine and find that the quality doesnot meet your requirements).
4.We promise to compensate 100 USD for each day of overtime if the machines are not delivered ontime.
5.We promise to compensate the customer with a refund based on the difference in output (lf the equipment does not reach our promised output). Actual output less than 5%, USD 2000 as compensation. Actual output less than 10%, USD 5000, and actual output less than 20%, USD 10000.
