As a tip, summon your friend as a duelist (pvp summon) so you can't get invaded during trading

How to pick all 100m++ runes in 1 go? I have to pick 99 and then use them all and then pick another 99 and have to use it and repeat and repeat, its taking too much time

When you make a purchase, how long do you have to wait to get the items? Like, if i buy runes for my 9th character because im lazy asf, at 2am... Do i get summoned right away? or is there a time frame i have to log on to receive the purchase?
