Good operation. However Hygiene is questioned here. Rotis falling on a dirty sheet, and on the floor. You see one of the guys walking on the sheet with his shoes where Rotis are packed from and packed.

It is Wheat flour chapati, not karnataka's Jolada Rotti., but you can make machine pressed jolada rotti by this method, not hand patted jolad rotti.
