Estou com queda entrei na menopausa a bom tempo, meu cabelo era igual ao seu cheio e sou loira mais não estou pintando porquê esta caindo muito, seu cabelo esta lindo e muito brilhante 💖, o meu estava na cintura e corteino ombro, agora esta maior cresce muito e cai demais, o seu tem queda? Eu sou branquinha igual a bc e meu cabelo ficaria lindo dessa cor, eu ja pintei de um loiro que ficou essa cor, fica com Deus ❤

I need advice

Does having layers help with volume movements? My hair is all one length, need a cut but scared of thinner ends if cut too much layers tho!

(My hair is heavy thick very flat looking lifeless no movements) Still trying to grow long bob out since cut in 2023.
