I hope that the bullshit (maybe not) that has already taken out Mark Hollis and Lou Anna Simon does not get Izzo. I don't know him well personally, but a man I respect immensely, who was high school coach for 26 years and worked with Tom for many more, and still does tells me that he is the real deal. He wants the best for everyone - he cares about everyone from the freshman he never met to Miles Bridges. Obviously, his job would require more of his focus to be on one rather than the other, but that does not mean thinking one is less important. His own children would not be anything special at MSU if he were not who he is - I am sure he knows that.
