This may have been said, but I'm pretty sure the airfield seen in the dealership/aircraft viewer is based of Dunsfold Aerodrome, better known as the Top Gear test track

Hello!
Aeronautica Content creator here,
Glad to see you making more content related to Aeronautica,
Guess you could say you're the largest content creator for it 😅
Anyways, awesome video, keep it up!
*By the way, the amogus at Augustus is now INSIDE the water tower for some reason*

Another cool fact: the gun in the base under milsho is a tiny version of the Stonehenge spaceguard system from the Ace Combat series

5:29 this is certainly not the case as the island is shaped more or less the same as the original clarence island from wingz world V which was popular in the early 2010s and before with among us not being released until 2018, although it is still a very funny coincidence :)

I like that there's references to famous Roblox games all over the map. A personal favourite is the Disaster Hotel on one of the Atolls. I played so much of that game back when it first came out.

3:46 this is no longer the shortest route!
there's an aerolympics field on the upper north of the map, and the distance is about 1.04? nm between that and camp cygnus, just on the opposite side of the town

it's also able to be reached on land

Patron really going “Friendship with PTFS ended, now Aeronautica is my best friend”
Fun facts:
Aeronauticas physics engine is the same one Neo uses. The Airships still use the Old Neo VTOL code, and as far as I can tell, the planes have identical physics. Also Altac soft confirmed that the Ships scripts are at least based on Neos ships.
#23: those turrets are very similar to the Stonehenge railguns from Ace Combat 7 and 4

Fun fact: you can actually glide in this game. I have done it in a prop plane when I ran out of fuel for my douglass dc 6 (I believe?) and glided for around 20nm and made it to the destination safely from 14000 feet

There is a man standing on top of a van on runway 21L on Anhedral. This is a referance to Big Jet TV, a planespotting channel with a man named Jerry who stands atop his van and frequently streams on Heathrow's Runway 27 Left

3:36 I think the longest conventional route would be Valois to Meihua, also 284nm, since you can fly regular passenger flights on the route, unlike Northiachev.

Near Norman Airport there is a remake of Las Vegas and its gambling establishments, but in one of the buildings you can find some square cows with food or something.

Although you are correct in saying it is based on the Admiral Kuznetsov (as it was a member of the same class), it is worth mentioning that it is NOT the Admiral Kuznetsov. The Admiral Varyag was actually a real ship. It was the planned and half completed sister ship to the Admiral Kuznetsov. However, after the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991 the new Russian government sold the hull of the half completed ship to China, who completed the design. The ship is now under the name of Liaoning in the People's Liberation Army Navy in China.

Nice video though :)

Small fun fact: the Tupolev tu 244 has the longest range of the supersonic airliners (I think?). Also, it has the biggest capacity of all of them

2:56 That cannon. It's not any cannon.

It's a model of the Stonehenge cannon from Ace Combat's Strangereal universe. Officially known as the Spaceguard Turret Network (STN), Stonehenge was a massive anti-asteroid railgun. One of Strangereal's many superweapons and one of the earliest.

I'll leave the rest of the explaining to the Ace Combat wiki. I thought I'd just point this out because I got super excited when I saw this, knowing as well that the devs of Aeronautica were Ace Combat devs.

In fact, there's an entire DLC of Ace Combat's original aircraft in Neo Warfare X, and one of them ported to Aeronautica- the ADF-01 (in game, the Astraeus ADF-340X Relay) Though, it's worth mentioning there is an aircraft in the game called the Foulke (look it up) that, while not a port from Neo Warfare quite like the ADF-01, does borrow its name from the Ace Combat Zero anti-villain. Callsign: "Solo Wing" Pixy. Full name: Larry Foulke. The attachment on top of the Foulke is also meant to reference the TLS laser cannon that sat atop his aircraft in the final act of Ace Combat Zero, the ADFX-02 Morgan.
