Winning a championship is a team sport. Not one player. SC had 37 points from bench players Iowa had zero points from the bench. Games are won with depth and controlling the boards. SC is too big and too strong. They will wear you down.

Thanks to Caitlin, I watched almost all televised NCAAW games on regular, cable and ESPN+. I even filled the 25 brackets allows by the ESPN App! It was a very entertaining journey.

She’s a beast and stayed in her home state. Now if she was born in conn or south carolina, she would have 4 rings. A top recruit usually goes to a top program. No rings is fine. Dawn Staley was also a beast as a player and got 0 rings too.

The thing that saved SC is the fact that Johnson came off the bench and scored 19 and the 17 rebounds from Cardoso other than that it would have been way closer was expecting the big man on Iowa to be more active offensively but it’s hard to deal with somebody 5 inches taller nobody off Iowa bench scored you can’t just have a starting 5 and nothing after that
