Hey Nate, I hope you read this so you understand how Jet.com works. For the type of electronics you buy from Jet.com, you're essentially just handling the order to Jet.com to parse out to various other merchants. Jet.com isn't fulfilling the order from their own warehouses. Most likely, your Dometic fridge came from a certain seller and then this drone came from another merchant seller. Each of these merchants have their own shipping and order fulfillment policies with regards to shipping to addresses other than the billing address. Drones are quite popular these days -- especially the Phantom -- and I'm sure there are a lot of theft/credit card fraud on drone orders. So I can see why the merchant would be especially cautious with shipping it to any address other than the billing address. Glad you ultimately received the drone.
