Yes it is. 17" TFT. Connected to the Xbox with an RGB to VGA converter. With a sync splitter circuit as well to separate the sync signals.

Man I did a similar build recently. I designed interface boards for the controllers and everything. Ended up swapping the xbox out for a mini PC. She was getting a little toasty and all the hdmi converters and crap didn't like to play along. I'm going to revisit the xbox arcade machine in a stand up cabinet with a CRT I think.

Is that a pc moniter? If so how did you connect it to xbox?
