Oakland County Sheriff Supports Charges For Shooting Suspect

Oakland County Sheriff Bouchard says he agrees with the chargers brought forth for the suspect in the Michigan school shooting that left multiple dead. He also says that a viral video showing students locked in a classroom captures the moment an officer knocked on their door, not the suspect.

This frequency of this problem is getting out of control. Where are these kids getting these weapons? I suggest a law that punishes the parents as accessories to the crime if their children are acquiring these weapons from their parents. Guarantee parents would do a better job of making these weapons inaccessible. Something needs to change!

Other countries have sub judice laws for a reason, and that is to ensure you have a fair trial also to avoid people claiming a mistrial because the publicity could prejudice a jury and a conviction overturned on appeal.
Where as the US it's all entertainment for ghouls and grief vampires.
