GIS for wholesaling land

GIS is a great free tool for wholesaling land. We use it for looking at properties and determining slope, measurements, whether it's landlocked, in a flood zone, has water on it or easements. You can also find documents in the public record for the property such as deeds, perc tests, surveys, tax records, and plat maps.
