My favorite part about the Simpsons is how the writers can take a simple joke, and just through delivery/ scene context, its hilarious. 4:18 for example. Mr Smithers dumbfounded gasp will always be hilarious

Lisa the Vegetarian really is the perfect episode. So many hilarious gags, classic Phil Hartman, an all-time famous guest star (Paul McCartney), and a heart. There are so many great clips here from just that episode alone
