THANK you for the video!! I've essentially been operating in this job description for all 4 years of my career, but it wasn't until this past August that a manager made me formally a BizOps Manager. I'd never heard of the title, but your description explains what I have been naturally doing the whole time!! It's felt like being someone who was great at building and creating engines, but didn't know that I was engineering lol.
