Paid Monthly March Budget 2021 \\ Zero Based Budgeting

I get paid on Friday so that means it's time to finalize my budget for March. I am paid once a month so my biggest challenge is making the money last and rationed out throughout the month. What's a financial goal you'd like to achieve in March?

So in your situation your February check is used for your March budget. I get paid every other week. If I close out February with zero, then on March 1 I have a mortgage payment but my first March check is not till March 5th. So my March Mortgage is based on my last check in February. How do I close out February when I need to use some of that income to make the March payments till I get a check on March 5th?
