Hannah @ChilibASMR joins me for an acupressure session where I locate and draw out her lung meridian and stimulate it with different acupressure tools to help regulate her immune system for this spring season. My assistant Zelda the corgi joins us for this healing session too, but all her mouth sounds have been edited out of this version to accommodate those of you with misophonia around this trigger. I've also skipped the tuning fork session to go straight to the acupoints tracing and the visuals are brighter.

The rain on the skylight is a bonus by nature. It reminds me of my mountain home with a metal roof. Puts me to sleep right away on a rainy day or evening, with a cracked bedroom window of course.
