Hey, im having a severe glitch- arcane labyrinth, ( boss : berylheart ) the game specficly crashes right as i kill him. It takes all the potions etc i used for the battle- but makes me restart its done this 3 times now. I tried to contact tera. Its been 2 days with no help... I really dont know what to do, and its a very important quest.

Is there a issue going on with the reaper class? Because I finished the tutorial with that class and all that happens is tour sent to a city area and finish a quest and then like there’s no more quests after that. Like legit nothing else pops up to further the story quest line that you need to do to get exp and gear. Like wtf is going on? Why is no quests showing up? And apparently this is happening to like everyone playing that class because I’ve seen others with the same issue. Like there’s almost nothing we are able to do with our character. Not only that but there’s like almost no way to get gear for the reaper class right now either. The tokens your rewarded for doing zone quests only offer gear to literally every other class but reaper so you don’t get shit. And even killing normal enemies that normally would drop gear for your character lvl if your fighting enemies to your level are not dropping anything for the reaper. You just get other classes crap. Like I have no idea what’s going on or how you’re supposed to advance with this character. There’s supposed to be story quests for the reaper as well but nothing is showing up whatsoever and all I can do right now is zone quests in different areas for gold basically and that’s it. I can’t que for dungeons either and only do vanguard requests that offer like no experience almost and crappy gold. Sooo wth am I supposed to do or go? There’s noway this is normal.

Hello, I had my account on ps4. Because I switch consoles, I now have an xbox, I started uploading another character. There's a way to get my ps4 characters back (it was heroic) on xbox.

HI! so after 6 year I got a new computer that can actuallly i can game on, and decided to play Tera again but i cannot started... I haven't used it in like 4 or 3 years. i downloaded the game and even got back my pass, but when trying to start it crashes, have you any idea how I can get it to work? :(. i have not find a game that has the same action combat mechanics and that i like (sorry about any mistakes, english not first language)
