Hi Leila, Thank you so much for these tutorial and how simple you make it for anyone to understand it. I work in a foster children and I have a form in excell that I send to the region to fill out about the children and any services we provided. Most the time, the don't know if the form is sent to me or not. How to make it simple? so everytime they fill out the form, it will be collected the data of the form in a different worksheet as a table. they only have to check the table to see if they send it to me.
Usually in the form we have, date of service, name of service, child name, child case number. one child can have more than one services.
