Prime. Megatron it literally is the best one. It’s a perfect blend of all every single iteration. He’s a cool, alien jet. He’s gray and even has purple on him and has the cannon and not to mention he’s a little taller than Optimus prime, which is what I like this is what I think Megatron should look like

Personally I love the Dark of the Moon Megatron design the most. Because I actually think that he had much more character in that film than what he did in the first 2 live-action Transformers films because despite his screen time, he actually resisted the harming of a human while that would've been his intention if he wasn't reminded of the consequences he has to face if he just let Sentinel Prime control him when they eventually got to Cybertron because he is a figure of much higher power and durability than of Megatron himself. So personally, I love Dark of the Moon Megatron the most, no questions asked. Just my opinion.
