Just going to do this for my dad . Hes 93 we use to go to Scotland in in the 60is sadly he has dementure and cant rember things that happend recently so thought i do this with a glass or two of wiskey to start and finish with, one question never made wiskey sauce seen the recipe but he has to have something that has a strong taste to it other wise he cant taste it, strong gravy or wiskey sauce?
