i knew it long before in 2019 when my went to Balaji temple and bought me a laddu, i eat beef . I buy the beef and wash it cook it myself so i knew the stickiness of beef is due to the fat on beef. So, the same kind of stickiness and a little bit of beef smell comes from tripathi laddu . Even laddu from Out tamil nadu Trichi Balaji temple smells good because it will be prepared by pure ghee in near by shops
