At 54:+ minutes, Dr. Missler is speaking of those who are literate and those who are not. When you read the Bible, notice that they mention Scribes quite often. There were the Hebrew Scribes that were professionals in the copying and maintenance and protection of the Scriptures, and they were VERY GOOD at it; which is one of the reasons why we can trust them, and why they are completely consistent over thousands of years.

But there were also professional scribes that acted as public and private copyists and as the writers of letters and legal documents for those who could not write or read. The Scribe provided the public service for the illiterate population. 🙏✝️🐈✝️🙏
