I worked as a TEMP for a "DPR - Construction Industry Licensing Board".
I learned a lot about the responsibilities of a General Contractor. I recall that each Sub-Contractor hired by the PRIME Contractor must submit proof of INSURANCE that includes a LIABILITY Clause. That Sub-Contractor should have a SUPERINTENDENT that facilitates the work of the employee. In this way the Sub-Contractor is responsible for injury not the GENERAL CONTRACTOR. Right?
