Use a 3m eraser to remove the double-sided tape. Or any other sticky residue from stickers, etc. When I took off my side door trim/protectors, it saved my life.

I like the look without the flares. All they do is guarantee that it will rust horribly under there.

If they were factory painted flairs I'm sure they'd look fine, but that black plastic just looks so cheap.

Do the 1500s look the same under them? I've got the exact same truck down to the color and cab setup but it's a 1500 instead.

My 2005 Tahoe does NOT currrently have fender flares. Can I add them? I want to hide some rust.

1) that little clip tool’s worth its weight in GOLD as is a 10mm socket-lol
2) thanks for the vid-I thought there might be adhesive under the flares with the retainers but wasn’t sure
