The way she did the long division confused me so much. I have never done long division like that.

When you go to 11:30 you will see that she turns
-1 3/5 into an improper fraction. You’ll do that by multiplying 1 x 5 + 3 = 8. But in the video she says 1 x 5 + 3 = 9.

I have state testing and this is what we are doing. So, I'm here so I can remember this.

Excellent video. Very helpful for students & for those of us who haven't done this in 20+ years but are trying to help students lol.

Only issue I noticed was around the 11:52 mark.
-1*5 = -5 not -6. Changes the answer a bit but not the practice.

Simple slip but if anyone else is like me it was an immediate "wait, what?"
